A C Deli has evolved over the years, from a small neighborhood Lao market to a full-fledged quick service restaurant. Learn more about our journey below!
Mission
Starting off as AC Market, an Asian Community Market, our family business saw a need for quick & easy Lao food. With our little existing space, we squeezed in a hole-in-the-wall kitchen facility. Thus, AC Mart & Deli was founded in 2006. From there on out, the savory aroma of Lao cooking filled the neighborhood 7 days a week.
We were blessed to serve the community wholesome, inexpensive meals for 13 years at this location. Through word-of-mouth, our spot quickly grew into a foodie-must for grab & go meals.
Vision
Following the tragic fire of late 2019, A C Deli transformed a former nightclub into a family-friendly spot. Being one of the top quick-service restaurants in Fresno County,
